Just insert your mermaid code in the mermaid shortcode and thats it.

Flowchart

Example flowchart mermaid input:

{{</* mermaid */>}}
graph LR;
    A[Hard edge] -->|Link text| B(Round edge)
    B --> C{Decision}
    C -->|One| D[Result one]
    C -->|Two| E[Result two]
{{</* /mermaid */>}}

The rendered output looks like this:

{{< mermaid >}} graph LR; A[Hard edge] -->|Link text| B(Round edge) B --> C{Decision} C -->|One| D[Result one] C -->|Two| E[Result two] {{< /mermaid >}}

Sequence Diagram

Example sequence diagram mermaid input:

{{</* mermaid */>}}
sequenceDiagram
    participant Alice
    participant Bob
    Alice->>John: Hello John, how are you?

        John->John: Fight against hypochondria
    end
    Note right of John: Rational thoughts <br/>prevail...
    John-->Alice: Great!
    John->Bob: How about you?
    Bob-->John: Jolly good!
{{</* /mermaid */>}}

The rendered output looks like this:

{{< mermaid >}} sequenceDiagram participant Alice participant Bob Alice->>John: Hello John, how are you? loop Healthcheck John->John: Fight against hypochondria end Note right of John: Rational thoughts
prevail... John-->Alice: Great! John->Bob: How about you? Bob-->John: Jolly good! {{< /mermaid >}}

Future task               :         des3, after des2, 5d
Future task2              :         des4, after des3, 5d
{{</* /mermaid */>}}

The rendered output looks like this:

{{< mermaid >}} gantt dateFormat YYYY-MM-DD title Adding GANTT diagram to mermaid excludes weekdays 2014-01-10

section A section Completed task :done, des1, 2014-01-06,2014-01-08 Active task :active, des2, 2014-01-09, 3d Future task : des3, after des2, 5d Future task2 : des4, after des3, 5d {{< /mermaid >}}
